 Advanced Vessel & Alloy is dedicated to the highest quality standards in the manufacture of tanks and vessels, structural steel, and custom fabrication(fab). We have the expereince and technology to design and construct to meet your requirements. Our 80,000 square foot, CAD driven production facility is supported by a first-rate design and drafting staff. Advanced training and certification are inherent in AVA's continuing education programs. As a result, our welders, certified in both stainless steel and carbon steel, are some of the best in the Southeast.

Our fully equipped finishing department offers all types of prep and blasting, painting, coatings and special linings. We will ship your job anywhere in the country via the most efficient, economical carrier, over land or water.

   AVA FACILITY and EUIPMENTS

40,000 square feet dedicated to tank & vessel manufacturing and custom fab.

Complimenting Equipment:

  • Two angle bending rolls: One capable of processing 6"x6"x5/8" angle, 6" pipe, 1 1/4"x6" flat bar on edge, 14" channel, 4 1/4" round bar and 12" I beams. The other capable of processing 3"x3"x3/8" angle and 2 1/2" pipe, 3/4" thick flat bar on edge 5 1/2" channel and 1 3/4" round bar.
  • A 400 ton hydraulic break forming press with an 18' bed
  • Numeric control cutting capabilities carbon steel unlimited, s/s up to 1 1/2". All performed on a 12' wide x 47' long water table.
  • 3 Submerged arc welding machines and manipulators, unlimited thickness on carbon steel.
  • Pulse arc s/s unlimited thickness.
  • Plate Roll: hydraulic roll with double 5/8" initial pinch, hrdened and ground with 10' wide capacity.
  • In shop lifting capabilities 5 & 10 ton overhead cranes.

 

45,000 square feet dedicated to structural steel and pre-fab.

Complimenting Equipment:

  • A computer-controlled beam line enhanced by an automated SDS-2 structural steel detailing system, equipped with tandem cutting and drilling centers which can automatically drill, cope, and mark angle iron and large beams up to 36" wide.
  • A computer-controlled angle line.
  • A CAD-driven burning table capable of cutting precise and complex shapes from plate up to 10'x40'x6' thick.
  • A 10' shear, 120 ton iron worker, a cold cutting saw, and a radial arm drill.
  • Together, capable of producing up to 600 tons of structural steel per month.
