OUR
PROJECTS
This
13-stage absorption tower was built for Millenium
as part of a turnkey operation included fabrication
and erection of all 11 processing tanks underneath.
The tower was Class I Group D explosion-proof.

This pressure vessel was built
for Formosa Plastics production facility. Designed
for both pressure and vacuum capabilities, this tank
included interior and exterior 1/2" pipe coils.

This aggregate bin was designed
and built for a Vulcan Materials rock quarry
in Cartersville, Georgia. |

Able of withstanding temperatures
of 275 degrees and 150 psi of operating pressure, these
autoclaves were 1 1/8" thick, 10 1/2' in diameter,
and 115' in length. |

PCS, located at White Springs,
FL, requested this stainless steel expansion joint
for a hot gas duct off of a sulfur furnace. |

AVA fabricated and erected all
of the structural steel for Sterling Pulp Chemical's
new Valdosta, Georgia facility. |

This crossover duct with two
expansion joints was fabricated for PCS's White Springs,
Florida plant. |

3000 linear feet of galvanized conveyors were
fabricated and erected for this Jacksonville, Florida
facility. |

AVA fabricated and erected all
of the structural steel for Sterling Pulp Chemical's
new Valdosta, Georgia facility. |
